At The Cringe Collection, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please review our cancellation, shipping, and refund terms below:


1. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Our estimated delivery timeline is 7–10 business days.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


3. Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or personal preferences.

Returns are only accepted if the product you receive is misprinted, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.


4. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 4 days of delivery.

To process your claim smoothly, we require:

A full unboxing video, and

Clear photos of the item and its original packaging.


5. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of genuine defects or errors on our part.

Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

In case a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
