Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Our estimated delivery timeline is 7–10 days.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or other personal preferences.
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 4 days of delivery.
To ensure smooth assistance, an unboxing video along with clear photos of the item and its original packaging is required.
Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of genuine defects or errors on our part. Once verified, we’ll happily send you a replacement at no extra cost.
